County Officials Presented to Leadership Students

Leadership Morehead members learned from our presentation about how county government works. Our Rowan County Fiscal Court Director of Operations Dylan Lambert spoke at length to members of the leadership team. Dylan broke down the various roles and responsibilities in each of the departments overseen by the Fiscal Court and Office of the Judge Executive. Rowan County Attorney Cecil Watkins, Rowan County Property Value Administrator Carmen Swim, Rowan County Sheriff Matt Sparks, and Rowan County Clerk Elwood Caudill each spoke about the roles their respective offices serve. We enjoy engaging with our community’s citizen leaders and helping people learn about Rowan County’s government.
